Money Handler

Job Summary of Money Handler:

As a Money Handler at Big 5, you'll: Be responsible for overseeing the front counter POS (register) terminal; Perform cash handling and bagging of purchased merchandise; Greet customers, answer telephones, and stock shelves; Clean and maintain displayed merchandise on the sales floor; Be responsible for ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities for Money Handler:

• Perform purchase scanning and processing tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep the checkout zone clean and well maintained.
• Correctly carry out sales transactions, returns, and exchanges by means of the point of sale (POS) system.
• Participate in joint efforts with team members and leaders to achieve store sales objectives.
• Cultivate a welcoming environment by greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
