Day Time Stocking Crew

The Charleston RiverDogs, the Single-A Affiliate for the Tampa Bay Rays, are currently hiring for Part-Time Seasonal Staff for the 2025 Season.
Day Time Stocking 10am-1pm A Day Time Stocking Crew member is responsible for ensuring all concession stands within the ballpark are adequately stocked with food and beverage items before games and events, requiring physical stamina to lift and move heavy boxes, excellent teamwork skills to efficiently replenish supplies, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
•Receiving and Unloading Deliveries:
Unload incoming deliveries of food and beverage items from trucks, checking for damage and accuracy against orders.
•Inventory Management:
Stock shelves and coolers in concession stands with proper rotation to maintain freshness, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
•Product Organization:
Arrange items neatly on shelves and displays to optimize customer access and visibility.
•Cleanliness:
Maintain cleanliness of stock areas, including sweeping floors, wiping down spills, and removing trash.
•Communication and Coordination:
Collaborate with other crew members to anticipate demand, adjust stock levels based on event attendance, and communicate any shortages to supervisors
Required Skills and Abilities:

• Physical Strength: Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and cases of food and beverages.
• Attention to Detail: Accurately count and stock items to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Teamwork: Work effectively with other crew members to meet deadlines and maintain consistent service levels.
• Basic Math Skills: Calculate quantities needed for stocking.
