Job Summary of Sales Team Member:

As a Sales Team Member at Big 5, your duties include executing sales and service tasks across the store, creating a seamless shopping experience for customers, such as directing them, answering phone calls, describing products, offering additional items, retrieving merchandise, and organizing products on the sales area.

Responsibilities for Sales Team Member:

• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately at the register.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and store policies.
• Stock and organize shelves, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and management to meet store sales goals.
