Job Summary for Utility Worker:
The Utility Worker's primary duty is to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen by cleaning dishes, silverware, cookware, and other kitchen tools. They must wash all items thoroughly and promptly while also assisting with various tasks in the restaurant, including setting up, cleaning, preparing ingredients, clearing tables, and maintaining equipment.
Responsibilities for Utility Worker:
- Operate all kitchen and dishwashing equipment safely.
- Wash dishes, glassware, equipment, and silverware by hand when necessary.
- Keep area in kitchen clean and free of debris and water.
- Restock all supplies and stock any deliveries received in a timely and safe manner.
- Remove all trash and debris from restaurant routinely.
- Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks.
- Maintain excellent grooming and personal conduct according to Kraken Training Center guidelines as outlined in employee handbook.
- Help foster a sense of teamwork with all departments in the restaurant.
