Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary:

As a Retail Sales Associate at Big 5, you'll Be responsible for performing sales and service throughout the store and ensuring a productive shopping experience for all customers; Direct customers and answer telephones; Provide product descriptions; Propose add-on sales to customers; Check and retrieve merchandise from storage areas; Clean, restock, and organize merchandise on the sales floor.

Responsibilities:

• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately at the register.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and store policies.
• Stock and organize shelves, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and management to meet store sales goals.
