Pepsico is hiring for Director, Brand Commercialization
Compensation Range: $125,900 – $249,900 annually
Bonus: Target bonus of 25% annually + long-term incentive (10% over 3 years based on performance)
Reports To: Vice President of Brand Commercialization

As part of the PepsiCo US Foods Commercial & RGM Team, this role focuses on driving growth and bringing initiatives to market by collaborating with cross-functional teams—especially in sales, brand marketing, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver the Business:
Achieve annual net revenue targets for the Multipack & Permissible product portfolios.
Collaborate with Marketing:
Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing teams to align on initiatives and strategies.
Lead Brand Commercial Projects:
Oversee the creation and execution of brand commercial selling elements across innovation and activation efforts.
Serve as Communication Liaison:
Act as the primary point-of-contact between the commercial team and Multipack & Permissible marketing units.
Ensure effective cross-functional communication and alignment.
Innovation Commercial Planning:
Drive the 3-2-1 innovation planning process and manage in-year pipeline for Multipack & Permissible products.
Innovation/TPO/LIO Execution:
Coordinate end-to-end processes and timelines for product launches and key commercial actions (TPO/LIO).
Strategic Commercialization:
Lead commercial strategic initiatives for short- and mid-term goals (Horizons 1 and 2).
Transformation Projects:
Spearhead 1–2 transformation initiatives focused on capability building, digitization, or similar areas.
Agility in Execution:
Respond swiftly to emerging business needs to ensure in-market success and flawless execution.
Holistic Planning:
Integrate innovation strategies across functions while ensuring compliance with guardrails, space plans, and other objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
10+ years of experience in CPG industry, ideally with roles in sales, marketing, or shopper marketing.
Proven project management and execution expertise.
Strong capability in process design/optimization.
Effective collaborator with influence across various levels of an organization.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Proficient in Excel and data analytics; able to connect strategy with forecasting and planning.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have indefinite work authorization in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $125,900 – $249,900 (dependent on location, skills, and experience)
Performance-based bonus: 25% of base salary
Long-term incentive equity: Additional 10% of salary over 3 years (eligibility required)
