• Checkout Assistance: Facilitate smooth transactions by helping members with purchases, payments, and self-checkout processes.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about products, services, and promotions to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Problem Solving: Address member issues or concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating as necessary.
• Merchandise Management: Organize and maintain retail displays, ensure shelves are stocked, and assist with product returns or exchanges.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Conduct safety sweeps, maintain a tidy work environment, and follow company protocols for hazardous materials.
• Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Minimum:

  • Familiarity with cash registers and mobile retail applications.

• Competitive hourly wage starting at $17.00 per hour (may vary based on location and experience).
