The role of the Customer Service Representative is to be a customerfocused by putting people first during every interaction, inspiring trust by being courteous, empathetic, and a service professional. Create simplicity by effectively using knowledge of plans, products, procedures and systems to provide information and resolve issues, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and retention. The Customer Service Representative position is designed to join forces across Aetnas window to our members, providers, physicians and hospitals. As a Customer Service Representative, you must rise to the challenge with the image you project over the telephone and how you handle the callers situation is the publics perception of Aetna. Qualification:
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
