Your Impact:

• Play a key role in the AI Transformation Office’s mission to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Develop and execute AI strategies that align with Lowe’s business objectives.
• Ensure the seamless integration of AI into business workflows while balancing innovation, scalability, and impact.
• Lead a talented team under the leadership of Forbes Top 50 CIO, Seemantini Godbole, to shape the future of retail technology.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative work environment at Lowe’s Tech Hub in Charlotte, NC, which is equipped with cutting-edge technology and perks.

What You Will Do:

• Develop a cohesive AI product strategy with a comprehensive execution plan to ensure measurable business outcomes.
• Oversee a portfolio of AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Create and drive go-to-market plans for AI solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and enterprise priorities.
• Lead change management efforts for smooth adoption of AI-driven initiatives across the organization.
• Advocate for AI literacy and organizational readiness.
• Define and track key performance indicators, ensuring measurable return-on-investment and value realization across business functions.
• Shape the external narrative and public relations strategy for AI.
• Partner with business functions, IT, data science, and product teams to align on AI priorities and foster collaboration.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on AI opportunities, challenges, and outcomes.
• Lead a team in support of achieving the company’s mission, managing performance, and fostering an inclusive environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 8+ years of experience in developing and influencing enterprise technology strategy.
• 5 years of experience managing AI solution development and implementation.
• 5 years of experience in AI or related technologies.
• 5 years of direct team leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Leadership experience in a large, matrixed retail organization.
• Experience working with large AI technology partners.
• Master's degree.
