Job Summary:

As a Retail Sales Associate at Big 5, you'll Be responsible for performing sales and service throughout the store and ensuring a productive shopping experience for all customers; Direct customers and answer telephones; Provide product descriptions; Propose add-on sales to customers; Check and retrieve merchandise from storage areas; Clean, restock, and organize merchandise on the sales floor.

Responsibilities:

Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately at the register.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and store policies.
Stock and organize shelves, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
Work collaboratively with team members and management to meet store sales goals.
