Job Summary of Retail Sales Coordinator:

The position of a Retail Sales Coordinator at Big 5 involves the completion of sales and service operations within the store to ensure a satisfying shopping experience for all customers. Tasks entail directing customers, managing phone calls, giving information about products, proposing additional purchases, retrieving items from storage, and organizing and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.

Responsibilities for Retail Sales Coordinator:

• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately at the register.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and store policies.
• Stock and organize shelves, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
