As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences for PepsiCo’s digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance solutions for revenue management, supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing, ensuring intuitive and seamless user interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design initiatives for PepsiCo’s digital platforms, ensuring user-centric solutions that align with business objectives.
• Conduct user research, including usability testing, interviews, and data analysis, to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and iterate on design concepts.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital products and services.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define requirements and execute design strategies.
• Advocate for UX best practices and methodologies within the organization.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
• Utilize tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision to develop and communicate design ideas.
• Stay updated on UX/UI trends, emerging technologies, and user behavior insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct workshops and presentations to communicate design concepts, research findings, and user insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a digital product environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects, user research, and interaction design skills.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies for product development.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000 (based on experience, location, and skills).
• Bonus: Performance-based annual bonus (target payout up to 10% of base salary).
