Job Summary of Cash Collection Person:

As a Cash Collection Person Associate at Big 5, your duties will include managing the POS (register) terminal at the front desk, handling cash, and bagging goods that have been purchased. Answer phones, stock shelves, and greet clients; Maintain and clean the goods that are on show on the sales floor; Be in charge of making sure every customer has a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities for Cash Collection Person:

• Scan and process purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area.
• Accurately process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using the point of sale (POS) system.
• Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve store sales goals.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
