By accepting these terms, you waive any rights to hold Next Job Lander, its affiliates, or its employees accountable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, whether known or unknown, and regardless of the cause.
User Content Disclosure and Legal Processes
Next Job Lander holds the discretion to reveal User Content and relevant information about its provider to third parties. This is carried out for the proper functioning of our Services, enforcement of any contracts with you, fulfilling legal obligations, and responding to lawful requests from governmental bodies, law enforcement, or judicial entities. Furthermore, in order to protect the interests of Next Job Lander, such disclosure may also occur when necessary.
